Nancy loves this large corner room, with its leaf and ivory decor and distressed maple floors. The bay window lets in a flood of light, and the gas fireplace keeps things both cozy and romantic. The bath is one of our favorites. Completely modernized, it has a great antique claw-footed soaking tub, a wonderful step in shower, and a lovely pedestal sink. Of course, there is a big king bed and a custom duvet to snuggle under, and a TV.

Your gaze will play across our golf course, over 66 protected acres filled with moose, deer, bear and turkeys, and onto the fabled Green mountains of Vermont. Don't discount sunrise, though -- the sun shines directly on these mountains making them glow. It was this view that convinced Lon to become an innkeeper.
